A Creative Reset:
Model Call with Miranda
Every once in a while, as a photographer, you get an opportunity that feels like both a breath of fresh air and a jolt of inspiration. That’s exactly what this recent model call felt like—an energizing creative break from the rhythm of weddings and family sessions.
I had the pleasure of working with Miranda during a group shoot organized and hosted by the incredibly talented Adam Allen. Miranda is an absolutely stunning woman with striking features and a natural presence in front of the camera. From the moment she stepped into the frame, she made my job effortless. Every click of the shutter felt like we were capturing something powerful, raw, and beautifully feminine.
These kinds of shoots are such a treat—not just because of the chance to collaborate with models like Miranda, but because they give me space to experiment, to slow down, and to play with ideas that might not fit into my usual client work. Creativity thrives in those quiet in-between moments, and this day reminded me just how important it is to make room for them.
I walked away from this session feeling refreshed, re-inspired, and deeply grateful for the community of creatives I get to work alongside. Huge thanks to Adam Allen for pulling together such a thoughtful shoot, and to Miranda for bringing her bold, beautiful energy to every frame.
Here’s to stepping outside of routine and saying yes to the things that light us up.
