There’s a difference between wearing an outfit and owning it—and Ammon owned every single look he brought to the shoot.
During the creative group session hosted by Adam Allen, Ammon came ready. Not just with one outfit, but with multiple carefully styled ensembles that each felt like a new variation of his voice. His approach to fashion was intentional but never rigid—like he knew exactly what story he wanted to tell, but was open to seeing where the energy would take it.
Each look leaned vintage in its own way, yet Ammon gave them a fresh, modern edge. Whether he was in tailored trousers, a patterned vest, or a more casual, throwback fit, he carried it all with quiet confidence and undeniable charisma. He didn’t just pose—he moved with purpose, letting his personality shape the photos just as much as the styling.
What made photographing Ammon even more compelling was his ability to shift tones so seamlessly. In one moment, he brought intensity and strength; in the next, he was completely relaxed, laughing between shots, inviting connection with whoever was in the frame with him. That duality made each image feel dynamic, like there was always something happening just under the surface.
As someone used to photographing weddings and family stories, working with Ammon gave me the freedom to experiment with a different kind of narrative—one built on expression, style, and soul.
